Akwatalents/We/Us/Our: Refers to the owner and operator of Akwatalents, a recruitment agency specializing in bilingual (French–English) executive search and recruitment services for the banking, finance, insurance, tech, and telecoms sectors in Côte d’Ivoire and West Africa.
Client/You/Your: Refers to any company, organization, or individual using our recruitment services or browsing our website.
Candidate: Any individual introduced by Akwatalents to a client for potential engagement or employment.

Akwatalents provides recruitment services for permanent, contract, and executive roles in the specified sectors.
We will use reasonable efforts to introduce suitable candidates based on your requirements, but we do not guarantee to find a suitable candidate for every vacancy.
All candidate introductions are confidential and intended solely for the client’s recruitment purposes.
4. Client Obligations
Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding job requirements, compensation, and other relevant details.
Clients are responsible for verifying candidate references, qualifications, and right to work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If a client hires a candidate introduced by Akwatalents (directly or indirectly), the client agrees to pay the applicable placement fee as outlined in the service agreement.
Fees for recruitment services will be specified in a separate agreement or proposal and are due within the agreed payment period upon successful placement of a candidate.
If a candidate introduced by Akwatalents is hired by the client or any related entity within 12 months of introduction, the full fee is payable.
No fee recoupment from candidates is permitted.
Both parties agree to keep all information received in connection with recruitment assignments confidential and not to disclose it to third parties, except as required by law or with prior written consent.
Akwatalents does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of candidate information and is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the engagement of a candidate.
We exclude liability to the fullest extent permitted by law for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss incurred in connection with our services or website use.
Either party may terminate the recruitment engagement by providing written notice, subject to any specific terms in the service agreement.
Termination does not affect any accrued rights or obligations, including payment of fees for candidates already engaged.
All content on Akwatalents, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Akwatalents or its licensors. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, as Akwatalents Ltd is incorporated and registered in London, Greater London. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
Akwatalents may update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
